The Competition
Mazda has taken such an unusual approach with the RX-8 that it's
difficult to find a direct competitor, but the Infiniti G35 Sport Coupe
comes close. The Infiniti's rear seats offer more leg room but
considerably less head room. Its chassis delivers more grip with
flatter cornering, but the Mazda has the edge in its lighter, more
agile handling feel.
